I have never had an issue with your shoe laces but the ones I just received (45 in cream cotton) would not fit into my Jordan 3s eye lids. Refund policy is horrible, I just got done reading it. Guess this will be my last order from you guys. For future reference, fix the ends of your laces. They are too thick and will not enter the eye lids. Even when I pulled out the laces the plastic came off the lace ends from how tight it was in the eye lid. Straight to the trash they go and $10 lost. Fix this for your futire customers.
