The ends don’t fit through eyelets of the shoe

I guess it was a warning about this, but not where anybody could easily read it. So I haven’t been able to use the laces very sad.

LENGTH. Vs WIDTH

Unfortunately the beautiful gold tipped laces you shipped were TOO Narrow , while the length was correct your add never mentioned the WIDTH which was extremely narrow, when I complained, the answer was “That’s the only LENGTH we have”, they confused the Width I complained about with the Length .! Their add should include the width of the shoe lace, not just the Length !

We sincerely apologize for the confusion. Our listings do include the lace width, and for the item you purchased, the description specifies:

“Ideal length of 63' untied and 72' full knot, with a sleek 7mm width.”
