Doesn’t change color as advertised. I sent a picture of my laces to show the complete lack of contrast and they said it was not a default. Expect laces to look the same color as the top portion throughout.

You received the correct color and product that was advertised. The UV effect is subtle indoors and becomes much more noticeable under strong UV light or direct sunlight.

We also offered a full refund upon return of the item, but you declined the return option. Despite that, we still offered a discount on a future order as a courtesy.

Just plain white boring laces they don’t change color in sun
