How long does it take to deliver?
We offer same day handling on orders placed before 2PM PST. Orders normally deliver within 3-5 business days across the United States. International orders can range between 15-45 days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and major holidays.
Do you offer International shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to a few countries outside the United States. Use the checkout menu for more information. Customers will be responsible for all taxes and duties.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
All shipping quotes will show at checkout. We offer free shipping within the USA on orders over $15.

Are these shoelaces authentic?
All of our shoelaces are custom designed and are made to replace your current shoelaces. We keep up with hot releases and design our shoelaces from the ground up.
How do I choose my size?
Please use the chart below for a reference. To find the best size for your shoes count the number of eyelets (shoelace holes). We also recommend measuring your current shoelaces to get an idea on what fits your needs.
Are all products in stock?
You will be able to add available products to your shopping cart. In some cases, we may sell out of a certain product. If you placed an order and the item is out of stock we will contact you via email and help with an alternative or a full refund.
How many shoelaces are in one package?
You will receive two shoelaces in one package.

We offer returns on all orders, however customers will be responsible for return shipping cost. Initial shipping cost is non refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
